The Sacred Intelligence You Hold in Your Hands

There is a reason we instinctively KNOW to reach for another person’s hand in moments of joy, in celebration, birth, sadness, prayer and love.

Our hands go beyond the physical instruments that they are. They are extensions of consciousness. They are visible expressions of our inner and invisible worlds on a day to day life.

Everything we create, everything we touch and bless, let go and release, nurture and fix, build or breakdown, heal and share, comfort and give is an energy of light that passes through us in its full transformation.

Our hands are one of the greatest sacred technologies gifted to humanity.

Everyday, at every moment we are sovereign and get to choose who we become as we nourish and feed each segment of our lives.

Creating beauty by itself is a ripple effect of a divine gift to all. To write down our dreams into existence and then share them and pass them on is like planting seeds of love to the next generations and mostly ourselves as we grow from our own creations and learn to lift ourselves through giving a helping hand to another.

Throughout the ages every spiritual tradition has recognized the significance of our hands being sacred and its power to hold in prayer, as we learn to recognize and feel this undeniable energy that passes through our hands into our heart. To place our hands over a child’s wound, to bless one’s food or to anoint with a sacredness that is filled with grace.

How can our hands not heal, when they are consecrated by the divine light and embody a portal to the divine essence and its full rays of divine light? As they move with consciousness and intention, they become an extension of divine presence and light.

Look closely at your hands and they will share its stories and its experiences, even its roots. Every scar remembers its resilience, every beauty spot its wisdom and inheritance, each wrinkle its wisdom. They have held the things you love and have wiped the tears of what you haven’t loved. They have built you things and yet there is a gap of conscious awareness for the deep gratitude to pause and thank them.

Instead we rush, we bang, clap and hurry our handlings and giving, disconnected from the most extraordinary gifts we possess.

I strongly believe that the hands are the gateways to the soul.

Your nervous system, your heart pulse, your breath, and mind are constantly communicating through your body.

A goose pump, a twitch, a pinch, a cut, a bruise, even an insect bite, all reflecting a higher communication, to slow down and intentionally care for the extensions of you that may need a rest or a reset.

Just setting the intention to release what no longer serves you, or releasing you from past agreements, that alone changes the energy to be present and opened your hand sacred portals to revive its love and inner light.

The hand soul treatment was brought forward through many personal sessions in noticing the hold on past interactive energies still present in forms unseen to the beholder yet but clearly blocking them from receiving or giving from a heart centered conscious behavior.
