Movement begins your treatment
Begin with 15 minutes on the vibration plate. Gentle vibrations prompt repeated muscle contractions. Muscle movement helps propel lymph fluid through the body, bringing an active first step before the warmth and light that follow.
Rest for 30 minutes on the Biomat. Heat helps muscles relax and temporarily eases minor muscle and joint aches and stiffness. It also temporarily increases local circulation.
Infrared light
Red and near infrared light accompanies your time on the Biomat. Specific wavelengths interact with light sensitive components in cells. Research explores skin rejuvenation and cellular activity.
